Nurse Line

Health New England’s Health Information Line

Health concerns and questions can come up at any time of day or night. That’s why Health New England has a free health information line to help answer your questions whenever they come up. We provide 24-hour access by phone or email to licensed nurses and clinicians.

Whether you need:

  • Health Information and answers to questions about your health
  • Help in determining whether to seek additional care
  • Information about medication

A caring professional will listen carefully to your concerns and give you information to help you choose the care that’s right for you.

Enter the Health New England Secure Messaging Center at

  • If you have not used Health New England’s secure messaging before, you will need to register your email and choose a password.
  • Enter your e-mail address and password.
  • Click on the “Compose” tab.
  • Enter your Health New England Member ID# in the subject line (required for eligibility verification and response).
  • Send your question to, where an experienced clinician will respond to your question within 24 hours.
